Yining Xu (Managing Director)
 |
My name is Yining Xu, and I am from Shanghai, China. I am now pursuing my B.A. in Grinnell College, one of the most prestigious liberal arts colleges in US. It is really a great opportunity for me to join the 2010 program committee. I did participate in the tour last summer, which considered to be so special and meaningful to me that I made up my mind to put more emphasis on the tour this time. I hope that all the students who attend our event this summer would get to know more about Liberal Arts Colleges and gain beyond their expectation, and Admissions officers can have the chance to know the outstanding capabilities and strong personalities of those Chinese prospective students. By the way, I am personally interested in sports and classical music a lot. Michael Schumacher and Roger Federer are my famous athletes, who teach me that whoever you are, whatever you do, BE CONFIDENT and CONSISTENT and PERSEVERANT. |

I also strove for the rare opportunity to have the interviews with three colleges. This year, I am able to volunteer in the 2010 Sino-US Liberal Art College Conference in Beijing and try my best to help out. ?I sincerely recommend this wonderful opportunity to everyone who desires to apply to American colleges!? |
